Adjusting servings while cooking

On the prep step (and available while you cook), use the servings stepper. Every ingredient quantity scales with it — in the prep checklist, in the ingredient references inside each step, and in the ingredients list you can pull up.
The change is only for this cooking session. The recipe's saved serving count and quantities are untouched. To change the recipe itself, edit it — see Editing a recipe.
