What works offline

Cook Mode runs fully offline for any recipe that's cached on your device (any you've opened while online). Steps, the prep checklist, servings scaling, and timers all work.

What doesn't

The "How did it go?" memory — the note and photo after you finish — is saved online only. Offline, that screen shows "You're offline. This cooking memory won't be saved unless you reconnect before leaving," and the button becomes Back to recipe.

To keep it: get back online before leaving that screen, then tap Done. If you've already left, add the memory later from the recipe's Story page. See Cook Mode didn't save my memory.
