Your profile

Open Settings — the profile card at the top is yours.

• Photo — tap your avatar → Take Photo or Choose from Library. (You'll be asked for camera/photo permission the first time.)
• First name — tap the name row to edit it. This is the name other household members see on recipes, memories, and cook assignments.
• Email and Signed in with — shown for reference, not editable. They come from your Google or Apple account.
